Third week (26/06/2023 to 01/07/2023)

On Monday we celebrated world drug day... In association with world drug day pledge were taken by all students in the first hour and SPC students were conducted a small sign campaign on behalf of the day celebration and pledge was taken in the school auditorium 

This week I have made lot of improvements on my teaching... My teaching skills has improved. I was able to manage the students and their activities during the class time. I was able to maintain sound quality, appearance, and time.I was able to give proper introduction to the content. I was able to use ICT. I was able to maintain students attention through out my class. I was able to give proper reinforcement. I was able to control students activities inside the class. I was able to give proper activities to enhance students language skills. I was able to follow up the students activity. I was able to check students previous knowledge by asking them some questions. Overall notable changes was there on teaching. The quality in my teachings has improved. Now I am very confident to take classes.

Second week (19/06/2023 to 23/ 06/2023)

June 19th , we are celebrating this day as reading day. So as we decided this week was  celebrated as Reading week.

 As a part of reading day a  pledge was taken by students. In my class Sithara teacher who is the class in-charge of 9th E, read the pledge for students.

 For this day our English subject association instruct students to wear a badge consisting of a famous English writer and one of their works. It is good to see students with their beautiful badges.

On June 20 th we celebrated international yoga day. We started the section at 8.30 am in the school auditorium.

In this week I feel very happy that I have  made lot of improvements on my teaching. I was able to use the teaching skills effectively inside the classroom. I have a good improvement in giving explanations in English. I was able maintain students attention throughout my classes. I was able to use ICT integrate with my lesson. I was able give timely and proper reinforcement. I was able to give give proper introduction to the content. I was able to check the previous knowledge of the students. I was able to involve all the students while doing their group activity.I was able to give a gist of what they learned. I was able to check their understanding by asking review questions. I was able to maintain my sound and able to manage time also.

second phase - first week (12/06/2023 to 16/06/2023)

our second phase camp has started on 12th of June 2023. It was a rainy day, and reached the school on time. We signed the register and the head mistress gave us necessary instructions regarding the conduct inside the classroom. I was assigned to take class for 9th E class. With full confidence I had taken the class.

On 13th we have a English subject association meeting with the teachers. The main intention of the meeting was to discuss about the reading day celebration. They share their ideas and we shared ours too. We decided to ask students to wear a badge for the whole day consisting a authors name and one of their work.

On Wednesday we have food serving duty So we done it.

On Thursday a selection trails were conducted. We helped the team to correct their answer sheets too.

On Friday we had a meeting with the English club members. Club captain, vice captain and student representatives from each class group has selected.

In this week, I have taken the class with full confidence. Then also I felt  a starting problem too. I was able to follow my lesson plan and had used the teaching aids effectively inside the classroom. Timely reinforcement was given. I was able to control the class room activities.I need improvements for giving explanations to students. I was able to attract students attention throughout the class.I was able to give proper introduction to the content. I was able integrate my classes with ICT. I was able to manage students activity. The involvement of students for doing their group work was less.I have the problem of time management for the first two classes but now I have improvements. I was able to follow up their works and previous knowledge.

50 th environmental day celebrations

We have celebrated 50th environmental day at our college. The program was inaugurated by our dear principal Deepthi ma'am. On the behalf of the day celebration each student had gifted a plant to one of the friend. A pledge was taken. A small refreshment was there.

Last day of the camp

The last and fifth day of our camp was scheduled to have a yoga and meditation section in the morning. It was headed by Nishad sir. It was a good section to have relief from all including physical and mental problems

Afternoon we have a small official function for sharing reflection of our camp. After that we have cultural programs like dance solo song, group song etc....

Camp fourth day

Fourth day of our camp was scheduled for aerobics. It was headed by Geetha ma'am. She is  HOD and Assistant professor of NSS College for women, Trivandrum. It was a superb section.

After the morning section we have community lunch
